Valérie Desforges acts in both advisory and litigation matters in real estate and construction law. She is also involved in banking law. She is certified as an inter-company mediator.

Valérie Desforges advises and represents clients in real estate law and construction law, as well as in banking law. She primarily advises and assists private developers in real estate and construction law at all stages of a project, from structuring to managing post-completion guarantees.
She handles major litigation cases and is regularly recognized in professional rankings for her expertise in construction law (DECIDEURS, category Construction – Construction Litigation, Le Monde du Droit).
Valérie Desforges also represents banking institutions, and is involved in audits of banking debt portfolios.
Holding a specialization certificate in enforcement procedures, she has developed a recognized practice in banking litigation and enforcement law, particularly in real estate foreclosure proceedings.
Since 2024, she has also been certified as a business-to-business mediator by CMAP.
Valérie Desforges was previously a partner in the real estate departments of LACOURTE and DS Avocats. In 2018, she co-founded ADEMA Avocats with Valérie Marais.
