Hugo Dauster acts in both advisory and litigation matters in real estate law and construction law. He is also involved in banking law and and specializes in enforcement measures.
In particular, he advises and assists private project owners in real estate law and construction law at all stages of the real estate projects, from the set-up of the transaction to the management of guarantees after receipt. He works on major litigation files and regularly assists clients in the context of court-ordered expertise.
He regularly acts on behalf of banking institutions before the courts and in the context of auditing banking debt portfolios.
Hugo Dauster has worked at Adema Avocats since 2018 and has been a partner in the firm since January 2024.
